What Business Qualifies?
To qualify, a landlord or their authorized representative must warrant the following:
- Landlord has retained a signed rental agreement with all tenants
- Landlord runs a credit check on all tenants
- Tenant(s) have no bankruptcies or evictions during the last 5 years
- Tenant(s) credit score is 650 or better
- Tenant must be able to financially meet the terms of the rental agreement
- Rent hasn’t been in arrears during the last 12 months
